Office 365 email templates
During the time I was with Microsoft Office 365, the product suite had just gone through a rebrand. The challenge I took on was standardizing the look and feel of the emails, along with its modularization to optimize the process from concept to blast. Each target segment used different images and messaging but the email structure were standardized. The email templates are responsive to accommodate all devices from mobile to desktop. We worked with an external vendor to develop the templates as well as other vendors to implement the copy/design and send out blasts. This template was of utmost importance to be able to communicate with uniform and cohesivenes brand messaging.
